You will hear from a very successful player who shares that very few believed he was good enough to represent his region or state in the juniors and it was not until deep into his college career that he believed he could be a great player. His journey MANY juniors can relate to and take encouragement that they too can become the best they can be. We talk of character, attitude, and the willingness to learn among many things and note that raw talent or the technical aspects are not the main focus of what Alex (from his experience as an elite college, professional player and now coach of elite players) sees is needed for success.
